1. Introduction

Welcome to Fort Comfort Gutters, a subsidiary of Fort Comfort Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Fort Comfort Gutters offers gutter cleaning, gutter installation, gutter repair, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Appointments

We provide free estimates for new customers.  Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.  For scheduled work, cancellations within 24 hours will be charged $250.00 per occurrence.

4. Pricing and Payments

Quotes are estimates and may vary based on actual service needs. Payments are due upon completion of services. We accept cash and credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees of $50/day after payment is due.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide access to the property and ensure areas around gutters are clear. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.

6. Liability and Insurance

We are insured for accidental damage. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service provided.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee the quality of our work. Warranty periods for gutter installations are for 2 years covering workmanship/labor.  Manufacturers of gutters offer 20-40 years of warranty coverage depending on material.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints can be lodged via our customer service contact details. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and use customer information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share information with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or website updates.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.

12. Discounts

Discounts are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  2. Discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change.
  3. Discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking.
  4. Discounts are applicable only to the specified services.
  5. Discounts require a minimum purchase that is detailed for each coupon.
